5. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful, your order may not be processed.

Elaroux is not responsible for fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with a declined or unsuccessful transaction.

Cancellation requests can only be accepted when the order has not already been processed or shipped.
If cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once Elaroux processes a refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, an applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
